Earlier in the week I visited this Marathalli branch and met this gentleman Tamasheerbasha to inquire about an extremely old policy I was holding, and when I enquired if it could be surrendered, couldn't believe his efficiency that in 10mins he did it...I must say it was not straight forward for him, but he figured out on the fly how to sort it out.. super impressed by his exceptional service 👍.
